BADI

For crews, not clubs

Your crew's events, sorted.

Sign up, see who's coming, bring friends. Done.

See how it works

Invite only right now — ask your crew for a link

Your crew

isn't 400 people

on Facebook.

It's eleven people

on a pitch.

Six at a quiz table.

Four around a poker mat.

Your crew deserves

its own place.

Not a group chat.

Not a Facebook group.

Not an algorithm.

A place.

Three tabs, that's it

Everything your crew needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

01 / Events

Who's in, who's bringing buddies, who's not making it.

Post a practice, a match, a poker night. People say if they're in, bring friends if they want, and everyone sees the real headcount. The organiser always knows the number.

02 / Discussion

One feed. Everything your crew's talking about.

Announcements, banter, last-minute changes — all in one place, not buried under event threads. Admins can pin what matters. No notifications for things you don't care about.

03 / Team

Your roster, your rules, one link to invite more.

See who's in your crew. Read the rules. Share an invite link with someone who should be. That's it.

For crews, not clubs

If your crew meets up, BADI is for you.

BADI doesn't care what your crew is into.

Founder, JK Welco Tallinn

“Used to spend half my Sunday chasing people in a WhatsApp group for Tuesday practice and monthly dues. Now I post the practice, people mark if they're in, and the payments show up in my dashboard. Got my weekends back.”

Your week

All your crews, one week.

You probably aren't in just one crew. You play football on Tuesdays, you're in a quiz team on Thursdays, and there's a poker night most months. Right now that's three group chats and zero coordination.

BADI's building one calendar for all of it. Your week, from every crew you're in. One place to see what you said yes to.

Crew social moment

If you run the crew

The admin tools you've been building in spreadsheets.

Running a crew is admin. Chasing RSVPs. Chasing payments. Counting heads. Remembering who's bringing who. BADI takes the boring parts.

Real headcounts.

Not "yeah probably." Numbers you can book a hall with.

Training dues, collected. (Coming soon.)

Monthly subscriptions and one-off payments without chasing bank transfers.

Pin, delete, moderate.

Keep the feed clean. Admins control what sits at the top.

Before you ask

Questions we get a lot.

Is BADI free?

Yes. Right now BADI is free for every crew using it. When payments roll out, crews collecting money through BADI will pay a small fee per transaction — but the app itself stays free to use.

Do I need to download anything?

No. BADI is a web app. Open badi.ee, sign in with Google, and you’re in. On your phone you can “Add to Home Screen” and it’ll behave like a regular app — no app store, no updates.

Why Google sign-in only?

One account, no password to forget, and we don’t have to store your login details. If you don’t have a Google account, we’ll add more sign-in options later. For now, Google keeps things simple and secure.

Is BADI only for sports teams?

No. BADI works for any crew that meets up regularly — sports teams, quiz teams, poker nights, running clubs, dinner clubs, whatever. If you need to know who’s coming and keep your crew in the loop, BADI works.

What about Facebook Events?

Facebook Events was built for reaching strangers. BADI is built for the people you already know. Different job.

How is this different from a WhatsApp group?

WhatsApp is a chat app that has to pretend to be an event tool. BADI is an event tool with a chat built in. Events don’t get lost in the scroll. Headcounts are always right. Admins have actual tools.

Can I join more than one crew?

Yes. BADI is built so you can be in multiple crews from day one — football on Tuesdays, quiz on Thursdays, poker on Saturdays. Soon you’ll see all your events in one place.

Who built this?

BADI is made by Otter OÜ, a small company in Tallinn, Estonia. Built because the founder was tired of chasing his football crew around in a group chat.

Where’s my data stored?

In the EU. We use Supabase (Postgres + file storage) for data and Vercel for hosting. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

How do I get in?

Right now BADI is invite-only. If you're in a crew that's using BADI, ask whoever runs the crew for an invite link. If you're a crew organiser and want to try BADI, email hello@badi.ee.
