These terms govern your use of BADI (available at badi.ee), operated by Otter OU, a company registered in Estonia.

By using BADI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What BADI is

BADI is a web application for organizing group events and team communication. You can create events, RSVP, track who's coming (including guests), and have team discussions — all without needing a Facebook account.

Your account

You sign in to BADI using your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. If someone accesses BADI through your account, you're responsible for their activity.

You must be at least 16 years old to use BADI.

You can only have one account. Don't create multiple accounts or share accounts between people.

How you can use BADI

You can use BADI to organize events, RSVP, and communicate with your team. Pretty straightforward.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, or harassing
• Spam your team's discussion feed
• Attempt to access teams you haven't been invited to
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from BADI
• Attempt to interfere with BADI's infrastructure or other users' access
• Impersonate another person
• Use BADI for any commercial purpose without our permission

Your content

When you post in BADI (events, RSVPs, discussion posts, replies), you own your content. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it to your team members — because that's how the app works.

We don't claim ownership of your content. We won't use your posts for advertising or sell them to anyone.

If you delete your account, we'll remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Team admins

Team admins can create and manage events, moderate discussion posts (pin or delete), and manage team membership. Admins are responsible for their team — we don't actively monitor team content.

If something in a team violates these terms, we may remove the content or suspend the team.

Availability and changes

BADI is provided "as is." We'll do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We might have downtime for maintenance, updates, or things outside our control.

We may update BADI's features at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect how you use the service, we'll try to give you notice.

Termination

You can stop using BADI at any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@badi.ee.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. We'll try to warn you first, but reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BADI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Otter OU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BADI. This includes (but isn't limited to) lost data, missed events, or miscommunicated headcounts.

Our total liability for any claim related to BADI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, since BADI is currently free, is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through BADI or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
